Burger K - Baron Rouge

I ordered the #2 Texas Whopper with onion rings large. My sandwich was made wrong. I asked to add BBQ sauce and cut it in half. It didn't have the BBQ sauce or want cut in half. Bun was cold.

Just left here. Absolute worst customer service with attitude at the speaker. Messed up my order and gave me cold food. Absolutely disgusting

If I can give them zero stars I would this is the slowest Burger King in Baton Rouge. Stood inside waiting on my food for over 20 minutes 12/29/23 it took the lady 8 to 9 minutes before she took my order.

They cook good, but otherwise meh. Got a sign saying 24 hours Thurs-Sat., but it isn't true because I have been by there at midnight seen coworkers in there but no one answering the drive thru speaker. Previously had to report a couple employees to corporate who tried to blame me for the drive thru lady constantly messing up my order and giving me attitude about it. All you're gonna get is good food out of them, but the staff behavior otherwise is iffy.
