Listen I’ve been coming here a couple times a month for about 1.5 years. I eat here way too much and it’s because the ramen is just straight addicting. Plus I always get ice cream afterwards at their partner shop next door. It’s always worth treating myself. The staff is friendly and the food is consistently good. View all feedback.
What Anne Laure Vartian doesn't like about Boru Ramen:
I don't recommend getting take out from here. The prices are wrong on their website which they don't honor. The ramen was cold with little to no broth to warm at up. I am very disappointed. View all feedback.
The appetizers were good. We liked the chicken karaage. The ramen was frankly disappointing. Every corner was cut. For example, the adjitama eggs were nothing but a soft-boiled egg with no trace of other flavor. Maybe my expectations are too high because I’m so familiar with authentic Japanese food, but for the price I expected much better.

Ramen was delicious. I got tonkotsu black. My friend got the spicy one. They handmake their noodles too!
This restaurant is a family favorite. The flavors are well rounded and delicious. I highly recommend the sugoi fries and any of the rice bowls they are light and filling meals that don’t leave you feeling the ick. Heads up: if you get a short brunette with shoulder length hair and acts like she doesn’t want to be there as a waitress ask for a different server because her attitude is consistent.
Made fresh every day, and it is simply amazing. They even have a noodle machine from Japan where you can watch them make noodles. I love the authentic dishes and flavors. The Oishi edamame is one of my favorites. We like to walk downstairs and get dessert at Sweet Society when we are done.
