I had a great experience at the restaurant. The chicken was very nice and juicy, and served hot. The chips were also well-prepared. The only minor issue was that there was no Pepsi Max available, but that's not a big deal. Additionally, my order was missing the popcorn, but the staff resolved it very quickly. Overall, a positive visit!
My daughter and I visited last week for a quick tea. I thought it was nice to have chips loaded in the snack box, and the chicken skin was great. The gravy was a bit too thick, but it's still better than being too casual, haha. I also found it amusing when people complain in reviews saying things like, "We order here regularly and they always get it wrong." If you’re not happy, maybe just stop ordering! We really enjoyed our experience.

I work there so my experience may differ a little bit from a customers but everyone there is very friendly and welcoming, the food tastes really nice and the service when I have been in as a customer has been quick and friendly, and if there's anything a customer wants to know, any of the front of house staff will gladly provide information where they can and where they can't provide the information your looking for they will ask a manager to come and answer some of your questions
