Rooms r decent but there was no hot water in the morning. There was no one in reception till 7.30am to check. A Good Place for Punjabi Food. We have visited it a few times for Lunch or dinner. So I don't know about the rooms. But the food is really very nice. We found the real taste of Punjabi Food here.
