We don't go out for coffee very often but when we do we really enjoy coming here. The service is outstanding, friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. It is rare to find that these days. This is not a coffee expert place. This is a fast caffeine hit and go! The service is predictable and mediocre and I've found that at all Gloria Jeans because it's a boring job making coffee all day. Coffee is average. Iced chocolate not bad but there are better places around that take pride in their barrista work.Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Parking okay. View all feedback.
Love this Gloria Jeans. The staff are really friendly and do table service and always offer a ceramic mug :)
This place is consistently fabulous. Everyone is welcome, nothing is a bother, the customer experience is delightful....and mocha is great. A pleasure.

Questions are answered politely and with a smile. I am sometimes not easy to please, this place has.! The mocha chiller was perfect as was the chicken avocado cheese toastie and the banana bread. Look forward to the next visit.

Can take 15 to 20 minutes to order and get your coffee. always training new staff which may something about the turnover. They train new staff at inconvenient times like the mornings when u want to quickly grab a coffee before work and they never apologise for the wait. staff are unfriendly and rude. i only go when im desperate as don't think they deserve my money
