My dining experience was tarnished when we discovered a hair in our food, which was extremely off-putting. The staff failed to apologize for the incident, which is unacceptable, especially during a time like this when hygiene should be a top priority. It is disappointing that the restaurant does not prioritize customer satisfaction, as it is crucial for a successful business. As a result of this negative experience, my family and friends also have no intention of returning. This type of treatment towards customers is unacceptable, and I urge others not to take the risk of dining at this establishment. I do not recommend this restaurant.
We discovered a hair in our food, which was repulsive, and we were not even given an apology for it. Especially during a time like this, when we are in the midst of a pandemic, hygiene should be a top priority. It is disappointing that the restaurant does not seem to care about customer satisfaction, which is essential for the success of any business. We will not be returning, and we will not be recommending this restaurant to our family and friends. This is not how customers should be treated, and we are concerned about what else might be found in the food. It is not worth the risk. Do not recommend this establishment.
This restaurant used to be great when they were in their old location. However, since moving to a new level, I have to question how they are still in business. I think health inspectors should visit them, considering how dirty the area is now - the seats, the floor, the rusted table numbers. Please, get it together. I wouldn't even recommend feeding a dog in your new establishment. It's truly disgraceful. You should be ashamed.
Thank you, we bought sandwiches for our guests today and they tasted great. They also finished preparing them on time by Definately coming back!
