What User doesn't like about Legacy Sandwich Shop:
My father and I visited this restaurant. It was disappointing, unlike typical sandwich places where the meat is sandwiched between the bread, here the meat is placed on top of the sandwich like salami! The pickles were also lacking, along with bland cheese, sparse tomato and pepper slices, and unexperienced staff. Absolutely the best sandwich. it is fresh quite expensive and the service is a 10.
Went with my dad, my dad got a wrap. This place is stupid, unlike usual sandwich places which put the meat inside, this place puts the meat on top of the sandwich on the Salami! Pickles were on top too, as well as some bland cheese, single lines of tomato and pepper, and downright inexperience of the staff. The atmosphere looks nice, but one thing about Legacy that's a conflict is putting the meat in top. Because of this, we will not be coming here ever again.
Absolutely awesome! Excellent, high quality ingredients are used and the unique offerings are worth it all! This isn't just a sandwich shop this is a legacy. I'm not even sorry I'm being cheesy. We went for the first time yesterday and while my bacon wasn't fully cooked, the experience STILL has us back today for the exact same order. I just asked for the bacon to be well done this time. ? So so so good! I can't wait for lunch!
They may have a strange way of making sandwiches, I've never seen any other place that has the meat on top of the bread on a sub, but God dang if they aren't doing something right. Good service, good food, good set dressings, and just the right amount of weirdness in order to make this place great. Be warned though, they do put on a large amount of onions, so if you're not an onion fiend then make sure to get light. Otherwise, great place. I'll definitely be going again.
Tons and tons of unique sandwiches. Bread was fresh the lady who makes the sandwiches is very nice. They wear good root beer for victory. The only catch is that they throw the cold cut like a lobster roll. So, if you're a tourist, don't be surprised that it's not the run of the mill sub you are using.
