What a hidden jewel that is. The red and chicken green curry is to die. I've never eaten such a roti in all my travels. Such an old school, heritage type of charm. Nice coffee and so well presented. Break all the record. I've never waited so long for food in my entire life. Waited 1 hour for the dishes!!! Taste is alright but not worth the waiting Pricey? I can't remember. All i can remember was 1 hour of waiting. The atmosphere of old Siam is great. First star is for the atmosphere. Second star is for .... I don't know. Hopefully they can reduce the waiting time. We had to wait for 20 minutes on Saturday morning just before noon. Have the breakfast set and it was definitely very tasteful with the roasted bread and sausage meat. The pairing of the rich strong coffee with soy milk is beautiful; the oolong tea for rinsing the palate is perfect.
I don't speak Thai, but the staff were so helpful to support me and let me know when my food is ready to pick up. Only the coffee alone is delicious. Love it here.
Very good choice of vegetarian and non-veg Thai dishes. I had rice with vegetables and omelet, not spicy, but witj a lot of taste. Very recommended! The place is popular with locals, so you sometimes have to wait a few minutes to the table.
Absolutely delicious! The coffee and food was so good and there was a lot of different kinds of sauces and spices to put on. I got the stir fried noodles chicken
