What User doesn't like about Una Pizza Wine:
this place seems to be very aware of the celiac concerns. the pizza is cooked separately from gluten-containing pizza and most of the menu can be safely adjusted. the gluten-free brioche with ricotta and honey was incredible. Unfortunately, the gluten-free pizza was cruel — overboiled on the outer side, in a ground raw in the middle, and not a real taste in each of the toppings. View all feedback.
The pizza here is a tough act to follow. I?m still thinking about it a week later. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating, particularly that we were a large group of 13 people. Highly recommend this place.
This is such a lovely restaurant in the heart of charming Banff. I'm so glad we waited for a table to have the opportunity to eat here! I got the pomodoro gnocchi. It was fantastic! Taste was incredible, with everything seasoned to perfection. Staff is lovely and service comes super quick. Highly recommended!
Pizza was by far some of the best I?ve ever had, same goes with the rigatoni. Praises to UNA for both quality, taste and quantity, can?t beat it. Soda pop thing was also very delicious! Pizza was the Banff Ave(which is their signature). Highly recommend. Only thing I have to say is, getting the waitress to give us our bill and get the machine took way longer than needed?
We were especially wowed by the appetizers here (highly highly recommend the arancini, as well as the ricotta)!! Both savory and sweet were amazing starts to our meal, but did have the adverse effect of making the pizza and pasta not seem quite as good even though they were also very satisfying.
This place is amazing! We had pepperoni pizza and fried garlic bread. Both were so good! The pepperonis are house made and the pizza crust is literally perfect. Service was excellent and prices are reasonable for Banff. We?re already planning to go back sometime during our short trip here. Highly recommended.
