One standout mention is a server named Hiroe who provided excellent service. The allergy training and accommodating staff at the hotel's restaurants were appreciated by guests. Vermillon received high praise for its fantastic dinner, friendly staff, and delicious food. A special birthday celebration was enjoyed with excellent service and delicious dishes. While prices have increased, many still find the experience at the Fairmont Banff Springs restaurants worth it.
Really disappointed was expecting better next day i had the breakfast same thing, however the small coffee in the main floor was really good, They served breakfast and we enjoyed nice collation and the service was great
It was my birthday and it was great food and service!
The food was excellent and arrived quickly! The server was very to the point. Don’t get me wrong he was not rude or anything just not overly friendly. I thought the price was high but not bad as the portion size was very generous
We love it here best brunch ! The service is exceptional and for a real treat stay at the hotel
Glenda was our server and she was great! They had a special brunch menu for Easter. I had the lobster benedict which was delicious. Would definitely go back
