What User likes about The Outpost American Tavern:
As part of Maryland Vegan Restaurant Week in August 2019, I was excited to dine at Outpost American Tavern, especially since there aren't many vegan options in the Federal Hill area of Baltimore. The restaurant had a rustic charm, and my dining partner and I indulged in some excellent dishes, including mac and cheese, Thai curry, and a cauliflower steak. What User doesn't like about The Outpost American Tavern:
The waitress was very helpful, but none of the items on the menu are labeled as vegetarian or vegan. They could easily make the web vegan by omitting the mayo and serving it on a salad instead of with sprouts. View all feedback.
