Pizza Boli's - Baltimore

I used to enjoy dining at this restaurant, but the quality of service has declined. They overcharged me and have not rectified the situation. They also delivered half-eaten food, which is completely unacceptable. It's disappointing that this actually occurred.

I have never had an issue with my food orders until I encountered the supplier working on 5/8/22 (Sunday night), who was terrible and should be fired. This individual refused to bring the order to the customer and insisted they go to their car to retrieve it. If they are not willing to deliver food, they should seek employment elsewhere. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again due to this individual's unprofessional and rude behavior.

You need to try the pizza at this place if you're looking for great service and safety. It's located just three minutes away from the police station, so you might even see police officers passing by while you're there. A friendly young man took my order and had a nice conversation with me. They even brought the pizza to my car, and when they forgot my sauce, they went back inside the restaurant to get it for me. This level of hospitality is rare and deserves a five-star rating. I highly recommend this spot for a great dining experience.

I'm not sure if they have a new chef or what, but the food is not up to par now! The onions were not diced and barely cooked, they were huge and slapped onto my sub.

This restaurant is very disrespectful. I ordered food for delivery and when the driver arrived, they asked me to come out in freezing cold weather to get my food. I refused and asked them to leave the food on my doorstep, but they drove off instead. I had to get dressed and go to the store to wait for the driver for nearly an hour. When they finally arrived, they tried to give me cold food. I was upset and demanded fresh food, which they took back and recooked. The food ended up being delicious.
