I went for a full breakfast this morning with my wife. She ordered the pancakes, which I found to be extremely average to poor. My wife's pancakes had a slight taste of baking soda, were rubbery, and came with a very small portion of syrup. It was our first visit and I don't think I would hurry back. The restaurant had a beautiful setup and setting, but unfortunately, their culinary skills were lacking.
The restaurant has a great location, but unfortunately, the tables were dirty and covered in leftover food from previous customers. The floors were also filthy, and the walls were splattered with food. I was very disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. I'm sorry to say that I will not be returning.
Went for lunch, had the pulled pork in brioche bap, served with coleslaw, dry lettuce (no dressing) and half a cherry tomato. Pulled Pork was dry and cold fatty pork fillet with some barbecue sauce drizzled over it. Worst I have ever had, tasteless. Prices extortionate for what you get. Very bad experience. Won't be visiting again.
We got served quick enough. It is a small location so you would have to get here early or wait. It has such a cute scenery inside and the views! However, it took an hour with only an apology before we even got our coffees another 20 minutes before we got food. The food was excellent quality though I was starving for a breakfast and shouldn’t have had to wait that long. Did not appear to have any signs for a toilet in this small establishment though from what we could see. There is not much of a car park and the road to this place is a bit tight.
Perfect stop off for morning coffee on our way up to the North Coast! Love the ambiance of the place and the scones are really excellent and served with quality coffee and tea! The friands are also great! Would highly recommend go visit!
