There was one dedicated floor staff member who was doing their best, but they were overwhelmed. The floor manager seemed inexperienced in a restaurant setting, which contributed to the challenges. Things improved once more staff and another manager arrived. While the menu was appealing, the slow service and drink delays were quite disruptive.

We were ignored firstly, restaurant was very quiet, then when he did come to us no eye contact asked for my name then said do you have your voucher without even looking up so this was a bad start. Waiters that served were pleasant but as someone who is meant to be in charge the maitre d' customer service was abysmal and it felt like you were treated differently by having a voucher. Food was nice, starter was mediocre, good cheeseburger for main and the whiskey sours very tasty. I would not recommend or attend again.
