Very recommended! I'm from NC and I was in Atlanta for business, but had heard from this restaurant of friends. Our group traveled for lunch and we all bought different dishes and appetizers for sharing. Everything was absolutely amazing. The owner took time to meet us before we ordered and made recommendations based on our discussions. I can't wait to return. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Les Bon Temps Louisiana Kitchen:
The service was very nice. Sadly that was the only pleasant thing about our visit. This restaurant was a bit ?run down? and could have used a good cleaning. My wife?s shrimps and grits tasted burnt and my crawfish etouffee was watery with little flavor. We chose this place because of the great reviews so maybe today was just a bad day. We?ll come back and try something else. Everyone deserves a second chance right? View all feedback.
It appeared the HVAC wasn't working was very hot and humid. The food came out fast but the grits were not full cooked and no seasoning. The catfish was also not seasoned except for the breading. Overall the catfish was pretty good. The fires and hush puppies were over fried. Fries dark and limp, hush puppies super brown, very crunching and raw in middle. Wait staff was great, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Price per person: $10–20
Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
The food was not tasty. We just had lunch and there were so many issues. First, we wanted to try the warm crab dip but the waitress told us that it is better served cold. We said okay, we 'll try that . It was just ok and honestly would have been better served warm as it says on the menu. We were wanting the cheese melted and for it to have nice lumps of crab but it did not. (And we could also hear the waitress and kitchen staff laughing about us asking questions. Not very nice. Then I ordered the roast beef po boy the meat was tough, and the fries were very soggy soggy with grease. Not appetizing. I couldn 't eat the sandwich or fries. My husband had the blackened shrimp basket he said the seasoning was good, but he had tiny over cooked salad shrimp which were not very good. I tried the hush puppy, and it was overcooked and soaked in oil like they put it in cold oil or left it too long in the fryer. Lunch came to $60, and we both left very disappointed.
