Wendy's - Bakersfield

I recently had trouble ordering with the mobile app and was unable figure out what was going on. I went inside to explain my situation and a very nice lady by the name Michelle helped me out. It wasn't even her fault but she made sure I got off of my discounts, rewards, AND gave me an extra discount on top of everything for my troubles. I overheard her making sure other guests were taken care of as well. She's a great leader and is an absolutely wonderful person. Thank you, Michelle for helping me and your patience! :

I've never had Wendy's before moving here so this review is on the quality of the food I ate. Me and my Fiance both got a baconator each with a baconator fries to split between the two of us. Having this be my first Wendy's experience I was quite surprised as to how higher quality not only the fries were, but the ingredients used (cheese, bacon, potato) to create the illusion I was eating a baconator in potato form. Simply put, this food is greasy and great and is leagues above a McDonald's or a Jack in the Box. I highly recommend this food to any first comers though if you're looking for something that'll tickle your taste buds and have more time, go to a restaurant instead.

5 stars because basic Wendy's service. Fast, friendly, got my orded right.

The food was excellent, and they got my special order just right. Everything was delicious. It's usually not too crowded, except during lunch and dinner, but come on, it's Wendy's!

I’m not evaluating the Wendy's chain as a whole, but rather this specific location. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the dining area was clean. We had a pleasant visit. Personally, I believe their beef offerings are better than their chicken, though I may be biased in that opinion.
