Good food, good atmosphere, friendly owners and staff.

The food was amazing. The waiter we had was excellent and made the experience fun. I highly recommend trying the chips and salsa as well as getting the green salsa for the tacos. It's one of the best salsas I have had in Bakersfield.

I ordered 3 meals, including arroz compollo, a meal that frequently comes without rice and beans at other establishments. However, I wanted rice and beans and noticed that, on their menu, the dish was on a list whose heading noted rice and beans were included. Not trusting this, I asked the sever if these sides were indeed included with the meal. She turned the menu so she could read it and told me that they were included, as if I can't read. But when I got home, there were no rice and beans. Go figure.On the positive side, they included chips and salsa. But a handful of the chips were old. Really old. They had an off taste that was disgusting.
