Papa Johns - Bailey's Crossroads

We order pizza around 5:15 and it didn’t get delivered until 7:05 and it was cold. My family was very unhappy with this.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. They got my order wrong and argued with me in a hostile manner over the phone. I ordered a pepperoni and pineapple pizza for pick up, but when I got home, there was only pineapple on the pizza, no pepperoni. I called the manager and he insisted that their system only showed pineapple on the order. I showed him the box label which clearly mentioned pepperoni, but he continued to argue and became aggressive. He even suggested that the mention of pepperoni on the box label might have been a mix up. It was clear that they had made a mistake and instead of admitting it, they blamed me. I would not recommend ordering from this location as it was one of the worst pizza ordering experiences I have had in decades.

Terrible Delivery service. Took 1 hour 40 minutes for 1 medium pizza and wings. Second time this place took forever to deliver a lukewarm pizza that needed to be reheated. Go elsewhere 20 other pizza places in the area

This is second time it was less than quarter mile from delivery locations. They never pick customers call and the manager was rude. Papa John please close this location. My pizza and wings was very cold and they will not pick my calls to accommodate anything.

These guys always do their best to provide great service and quality and they do deliver that. The staff is kind and the pizza is always delicious. I appreciate their work!
