Unique local serving food in this charming semi-disinhabited village. The restaurant is simple and serves a few dishes, but with quality food. Excellent cutter of meats and cheeses, served with a cordiality that is now really hard to find! Be careful, however, that the club is not always open, inform yourself first if you do not remain fast!

Anyone staying in the Bagni Di Lucca area should visit the fantastic village of Lucchio and eat at La Rocca. The welcoming,friendly hosts Erika and Franco serve delicious,home cooked food in a relaxed,comfortable environment. There is a cafe/bar and a more formal restaurant upstairs. Highly recommended is the spaghetti arrabiata and Erika's pizzas are the best we've ever tasted.Pizza can also be ordered to take away. Wash it all down with Franco's own fabulous wine. La Rocca is very popular with the local people of Lucchio and gets very busy in the summer months when extra tables and chairs are arranged in the piazza. We have eaten here several times already and can't wait to go again!
