As the first stage of our journey around Sicily, we stopped in Bagheria and we found casually Cortile Corselli sushi and restaurant, a historic Sicilian palace, with a minimal and modern decor but with elements of refined and characteristic taste. We decided to stop for dinner, taking mixed sushi to paper, we were excited by the quality of fish and raw material, the modernity and the taste of the chosen combinations, without anything to remove to the presentation of the dish. We then tried a carrot turtle, with a delicate flavor to melt in the mouth. The choice of dessert is directed towards the basket of cottage cheese cream and pears; excellent matching of ingredients. I went to Cortile Corselli on a Sunday night. The location I liked so much, the staff is very helpful and attentive to every need. We decided to eat sushi (although it was possible to choose several first fish dishes). Sushi is of excellent quality. We chose several rolls, both with salmon and shrimp, all very good. But what I liked most is how every dish was presented: nothing was left to chance. As drinks we chose natural water and Coca Cola. We ended our dinner with two lemon sorbets. The account for two people was 115€. I will certainly return. We recommend it.
