Spent Christmas and New Year's Eve at the Hotel Sonnengarten. My wife and I were very satisfied overall. Everything lovingly prepared. Food at its finest. I just have one small comment: the water in the bathroom was a good temperature, 28 degrees, only the loungers are not suitable for seniors. As an older person, you can no longer get up there. You should work on it. We'll see on our next visit. Rooms: 5 View all feedback.
What Michl Gehtdichnixan doesn't like about Sonnengarten Bad Wörishofen:
Went there at the end of the year for the Bavarian buffet. The food was delicious, but at €38 per person it was definitely too expensive! Unfortunately, no card payment was possible or the waitress didn't want to go through the trouble. And the service assigned to us wasn't really friendly or accommodating either. View all feedback.

We regularly go to the restaurant there. Food and service simply great. Brunch is also highly recommended. The only drawback is that when paying by card you have to walk through the entire restaurant because it is only possible at the reception. This is a bit more than old-fashioned and somewhat ruins the whole wonderful experience. Service: 5 Location: 5
The Hotel Sonnengarten did not live up to its name during our stay. It rained almost constantly. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable and recovered well. The location is very quiet on a side street, but you can quickly walk to the city center via Josefsweg. Our room faced the spa park and was absolutely quiet. The spacious, newly renovated room left nothing to be desired. Particularly noteworthy: The beds and mattresses ensured a restful sleep. The bathroom was a good size, but didn't have much counter space around the sink. The breakfast buffet was extensive and the food was tasty. Everything was there that you would expect in a 4-star hotel. What is missing is a unique selling point that makes this breakfast unique. Some regional or seasonal delicacy. We also had dinner in the restaurant twice and were very satisfied. Onion roast, beef steak and fish very tender and cooked to perfection. Vegetables tasty and not overcooked. Service attentive and friendly. We had the indoor pool and sauna to ourselves on Sunday afternoon. Quite nice to do a few laps, but a bit sober. We can recommend the Sonnengarten and imagine staying here again if we plan a visit to the Bad Wörishofen thermal baths again. Rooms: Our room faced the spa park and was absolutely quiet.
