Room was dated but acceptable, pillows to soft and thin, no kettle or option to make own drink in room. Bed was single. Bathroom and shower was great. Bar was very nice. With good food served. Staff friendly and helpful. Most speak English which was a massive help. Prices are acceptable and good value. We traveled in a party of 5. View all feedback.
My husband and I were in this hotel for a night. The staff is incredibly friendly. You feel very comfortable and welcome. We were more than enthusiastic about the room. Super clean and cozy furnishings. The beds were also very cozy. All in all, the rooms and the hotel are super lovingly furnished. There was also a very good selection for everyone. We also liked the spa. There is nothing negative to say about this hotel. We would recommend it to everyone.
The arrival took place with a hotel voucher. Already on arrival we were very impressed at the sight of the hotel. At the reception we were received by Mrs Wacker, she was extremely friendly and accommodating. We immediately offered the transport of the suitcases to our hotel room. From the size of the hotel room we were very impressed, the bathroom was perfectly well maintained. The food at the hotel has impressed us very much. The service team was always helpful and friendly. The hotel's own parking spaces were very many, a barrier-free access to the hotel is also available. In this beautiful hotel we felt comfortable for three days and booked the next holiday for August on site. Finally, we would like to thank Mrs Wacker and the entire service team again.
I was three birches for one night at the hotel. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.. I also like the ambience. Just got charm! The bed was super cozy and also very clean! I could not explore the wellness area in the short time... I'll do it next time. Will definitely come back!
We booked a couple-weekend via Mydays and were absolutely enthusiastic. Rooms, restaurant etc were perfect. But there is one that actually earns 5 bonus points... THE PERSONAL! All employees are highly motivated, extremely courteous and polite. I have been professionally already in many hotels of this class, which is done here by the staff deserves 10 stars! We definitely come back!
Nice, professional hotel. Good breakfast. It's very tidy. Some rooms have an unusual arrangement. The new wing is recommended because of the beautiful bathroom.
