For us good average, because our carvings were not, as promised in the advertisement, “freshly prepared”. They were also served too quickly, and you can also taste whether the carvings were fried or not. This is also the only criticism of us, as the also ordered wild goulash, has tasted us very, very tasty (see photo). Suitable for the food, the brewed Arolser beers and very tasty for us was the tasty “Alt Waldecker Dark”. All in all, a culinary delight in atmospheric atmosphere. We would like to emphasize in particular that very friendly and customer-oriented service team we had met on two different days. We also liked the fact that the entire historical building, which is located in the Baroque old town of Bad Arolsen, is just a few minutes' walk from the residence castle. In addition, one should know that this building is part of the oldest brewery of Hesse. The beginnings go back deep into the Middle Ages when the “Closed Aroldress” was in place of today’s city “Bad Arolsen”. Those who love the rustic German cuisine in an exceptional ambience are well-received in the “Brauhaus-Hotel with its restaurant “Zum Hofbrauhaus” in Bad Arolsen. This is also worth a small way around. Our tip: Definitely ask for the daily offers.
