Letzte Woche gab es sogar ein veganes Mousse au Chocolat, ein Traum! Heute gab es Gemüse-Sojagranulat-Geschnetzeltes mit Salat und Guacamole. Einfach köstlich. Man merkt, dass Rudi und seine Schwester für die Gastronomie brennen. Beide sind super freundlich und extrem kundenorientiert, das erlebt man heutzutage selten. Die Gerichte kosten zwischen 6 und 9 Euro und sind so groß, dass man sie gerade so schafft. Um Verpackungsmüll zu vermeiden, kann man auch seinen eigenen Teller mitbringen.
