The staff at this restaurant deserves more recognition. They were able to understand my request for ice cream for both my father and me, and whipped up some delicious cold treats for us to take home. GREAT PLANT BASED ICE CREAM BUT WOW TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We called the next day to let them know that there was a mistake on our Uber Eat ice cream . We paid $4 for toppings that were not added !!! Instead of apologizing the only thing the girl on phone wanted to know was why we didn’t call the night of. Love the smoothies and shake. The texture of the ice is a bit about 'Buttery' (for lack of a better explanation). Sorbets are good. Unfortunately, there is no room to sit inside or outside.
Small location, so the lines are long. So said, although you may wait to order or buy, the wait will not be too long. It is a very fast pace when it is your turn, although you are not rushed. Ice is always good and there is a living energy. Not much room for groups larger than 3. Overall pretty good.
His ice cream. It's not as good as Carvel, it's better than friendly. The price is a bit high for the amount of ice they give you. They also sang for tips, but I guess they don't sing anymore. You don't get any tips. Enjoy the ice while people look through the windows. It's like an aquarium with people in it.
I had a really good concoction from here recently. Cheesecake fantasies immersed in a chocolate with rainbow sprinkle waffle bowl. Oh, it was good. Very delicious. I'm sorry I forgot to take a picture. It looked so good that I was right in. Shame about me and shame about her to offer such a delicious treat.
Great location I go here every week especially sundays and I am always happy with my experiences. a special worker, katerina t, serves me in the usually not only delicious ice, but efficient and diligent work. if she makes my order, I know it will be 10/10.
