Food was freash and actually tasted good. The place did have a funky smell not sure if that was from outside but once we got to our table I couldn't smell anything but the food View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Red Dragon Buffet:
On the downside, the service was a bit slow. There wasn’t anyone at the front to greet us, and it felt like no one was in a hurry to show us to a table. Our drinks arrived quickly, but even after finishing our meals, we hadn’t received our bill and had to go up to ask for it. I believe I may have enjoyed it even more if I were a bigger eater. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I quickly noticed that parking was a challenge. It’s best not to park directly in front, as the space is tight and many drivers seem to be oblivious to their surroundings, resulting in several near-collisions. Instead, we chose to park behind the restaurant, especially when there were spots available, since some customers seemed too lazy to walk a few extra steps to the entrance. I'm careful with my new car, so I don’t mind taking that extra walk to avoid any potential damage from careless drivers. Inside, I found that there weren’t enough seating options, which was surprising for a Sunday afternoon. Furthermore, the food was rather disappointing. They took their time refilling the empty dishes, and the sushi station was painfully slow. I watched as the sushi chef made several rolls, but often the bowls remained empty, and he didn’t make enough to serve more than a few customers at a time. As for the restrooms, they were in poor condition—no soap, overflowing trash cans, and no paper towels. The food itself didn’t live up to the good reviews I had heard, which may have been due to my more discerning palate; I’ve been to many different Asian restaurants and know what quality food tastes like. I ended up giving the restaurant two stars, primarily because the staff was friendly and the establishment was relatively clean. However, the food was severely lacking in variety, taste, and efficiency. If you decide to visit, lower your expectations. It might satisfy a craving for an Asian buffet, but I plan to explore other Asian restaurants in the area until I find one that truly impresses me.
read moreServer Amy exhibited a negative attitude and was unhelpful when we requested to choose our own table, despite the restaurant not being busy and having plenty of available seats. The food itself tasted stale and lacked variety. While the prices are reasonable, for just a few dollars more you can find better food and service at other Asian buffets in Phoenix.

read moreTo be honest, eating is so terrible. I know the price is okay, so we don't expect too much! but her eating gave me a stomachache after that and let me fall through. I think they need to change the quality of eating, or many customers like me will run away forever!. then the customer service is so bad.
