What bruner rick doesn't like about Blaze Pizza:
Water is not a option here no cups must buy a bottle of water for 1.50 refusel of a water cup is this a company thing or a guy making things up saying there lemonade would be gone if we keep giving water cups out! This is outrageous making people buy a drink do swallow down food!!!!!!!! I have been to many Blaze restaurants in Indianapolis...I loved them very much.This location is the worst that I have been to in the franchise.First it was a pick up order.The pizzas were ready when we arrived but had to ask for everything else that was in our order as if it wasn't known we ordered it.We didn't receive any utensils or cheese as requested.The cookie was hard and old...didn't realize until we were home.One of the pizzas was Missing all of the requested sauces.Please pay more attention to your online orders...we would like to be respected just as much as a walk-in customer.
Nat'l Pi day (3-14) they gave pizzas away at $3 14. Took 45min to get from end of line to counter to order but the pizza was so good.
Wow. Service here was really poor. There was a young man who “helped” me there awhile back and he has been the rudest service worker i have ever encountered. The food wasn’t bad but because of this experience I will not be returning back. Dear Blaze, train your employees on customer service better.
Disgusting we saw 3 roaches by kitchen … I used to like going to the one central and camel back but they closed it so I came to this one … I regret it …
