We tried for the first time something unique: my friends we tasted the donkey in wet! They tell me it is “only by reservation” but believe me it is worth it!!! Number 1!
Every time we come from Sturno it is mandatory to pass from I Sapori del Casale to taste the true flavors of Irpini

Despite the fixed menu, we had the pleasure to eat as once, from appetizer to dessert. A pleasant novelty is the cutter filled with ricotta and walnuts, costed a night to the mother of the very nice owner. The long journey, although the origins of Vallata brought me here, has been widely compensated. Congratulations
The simplicity and genuineness of a typical Irpino dish. The fresh and hand-drawn pasta of the chef is tasty that recalls our childhood.
