The fast food experience was exactly what you would expect—nothing particularly thrilling. However, I found it frustrating that I was approached by three different individuals asking for money while I was ordering, paying for my meal, and waiting. It was quite annoying. What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
The location is not great. I recommend going a bit further to Hancock, where the service is much better. That's all I have to say. As for the old fries? No, thanks—I'm disputing the charges because I refuse to pay for stale food. View all feedback.
Don't often forget items, always professional and respectful customer service. The night manager deserves a raise, in my opinion.
Bought a breakfast croissant meal and didn't know the sandwich came w/ mayo. Took it bk, but breakfast was over. Ask for a chicken burger(equivalent to the price of the breakfast sandwich) 10 minutes looked at sandwich it was the $1 chicken burger. Had I not been in a rush I would have taken it bk. Sorry mgmnt!!Food: 1/5
Very rude employees, no Hi your total is!! Just mexican employees talking trash in Spanish. Took my credit card and never said a word to me. Then the Baconator burger is so small, it looks a jr. Burger. Paid $14, just to stay hungry still!!!Food: 2/5
Don’t trust the hours. They seem to close whenever they want to. Went to the drive through at 3, hours say 4. Was ignored at the speaker, drove past the window to see 2 workers chilling. Gave me the “closed” hand sign. Don’t rely on them being open.
Rude manager, we didn’t get our order prepared correctly and left rather than deal with the manager any longer.
