Tsaocaa - Austin

I called ahead before placing my order, and the person I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered the taro tea with crushed ice and the brown sugar black tea, both with oat milk, and they assured me that these items were vegan. (Many bubble tea shops use powdered flavors that may be labeled as "dairy-free" but still contain casein, which is not vegan. However, the teas here were excellent, and the boba had a wonderfully fresh texture.)
