Was susand at True Food Kitchen a mag?
The food and drinks were awesome as usual. However the service was very bad. Waiting 15 mins just to have someone come to table even after informing the hostess we hadn’t been acknowledged yet. When food arrived, 5 of 6 ppl received meal but server told us she’d accidentally given pizza to wrong table and one person had to wait longer for her food. View all feedback.
What henryg dislikes about True Food Kitchen:
Food was good except for some failures. Service was below average. It took almost half an hour to just get our drink order. Then another 30 minutes before the food came out and the burger requested for well done was medium rare at best. But the kitchen was slow for a not so busy night. The bar was ridiculous slow. Was seated at high top table (our choice) by bar. Bartender was server and was exceptionally busy. Got us water about minutes in, appetizer came about minutes later and finally got food more than an hour after being seated. Had to ask for napkins and utensils (as did two other groups eating at the same tables). Bartender was very polite, friendly and apologetic about wait. Management should NOT have bartender waiting tables as bar seating was full. Food was great and ambiance nice
