I wouldn 't call the guy working the window rude, more so just like east coast brusque . We love everyone to be friendly down in the South but truth is, not everyone has it in their personality to be chipper and this guys happens to someone who is more low key. What User doesn't like about Tcby:
It wasn't yogurt. It tasted like a cheap ice cream. I bought a cake cone, with strawberry kiwi flavor filling. It was rough. threw it on the toilet. Waste of money! It wasn't like that. I was right. You'd rather consider that. Plenty of service. This public ad could have been avoided and the situation would have been right. All for $5 View all feedback.
This is the best frozen yogurt spot near our campus. I really appreciate that they have a drive-thru option, and the service is excellent!

The restaurant was just okay. It was overpriced and the variety of flavors was lacking in my opinion. I did not enjoy most of the dishes.
I visited this location on March 27 at around 830 at night.Whoever the drive-through man was that assisted me was completely disrespectful and rude.I asked to see if they had the rainbow flavored soft serve and he was extremely rude and said it’s on the board after I told him that I had bad vision and he kept on being rude which is why I proceeded to leave without buying anything.I normally visit other locations and will stick to doing that person is coming to this location
