One of the places for my friends. They love the food here and it was consistent for taste and quality. I tried this place recently while I visited them and I? find the typical Indian flavors you used to eat from a local restaurant in India. Good South Indian flavors and a great service inspite, really busy. There is always a queue in this place. definitely do something right! Very recommended to try them. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sangam Chettinad Indian Cuisine:
Busy restaurant with slow service although there appeared to be many waitstaff. The food was fine. Rather basic flavors in all dishes. The veg vindaloo was very spicy sauce, and not as many filling vegetables as I had hoped. Overall seems like a solid spot to fill your Indian food craving from, but not the best Indian spot in town View all feedback.
Good restaurant to visit. Good food. It was tasty. Ordered way too many food lol. But it was good. Had to pack the rat home. Ordered tandoori chicken also but not pictured. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.
This is one of the best authentic South Indian cuisine restaurant in Austin. This was my 4th visit and I witnessed consistent taste, great quality food service and always busy. Must recommend for anyone who want’s to try authentic Indian food.
Quick service and well organised. One of the better Indian restaurants in the area. Curd rice was good The koftas are flavourful and we’ll made I’d probably never order chapatis in Austin restaurants as like many other places this chapati also feels pre-made Chili Gobi was tasty but very oily
We have tried almost everything in this restaurant by now and I must say the taste is really good. They have maintained their standard for years I believe. The only issue I have is with Chapati (it’s never fresh, warm and tasty). Hence 4 stars otherwise this is a 5 star worth restaurant for sure!
Food was great. Friendly service and would have been better had they streamlined their waiting process. Taste of the items was good. Kothu parota, Chennai 65 are among the favorities along with their weekend only special biryani
