Contribute FeedbackOverall, P.F. Chang's Downtown Austin offers a mixed dining experience. The Happy Hour menu is a plus, but some dishes may be overcooked. Service can be slow on weekends, and reservation wait times can be frustrating. Changes in the menu have left some customers disappointed. However, the food quality remains great, particularly the banana spring rolls and Kung Pao chicken. The staff, including Quentin and Erica, receive praise for their professionalism and attentiveness. Despite some shortcomings, many diners plan to return for the delicious food and excellent service.
Amazing authentic food, great atmosphere and the staff was fantastic. Not to mention the food was outstanding and the manger on duty and our bartender Farrah was incredible. All and all was a wonderful time.
For the first time I tried to find pickups here, and it has developed great. They gave me a time, and at that time I went to the brothel and they brought it out. We tried dinner for two, which I think is a lot. The food tasted fresh and abundant. We have the Mongolian beef, egg drop soup and chicken rice. Everything was excellent.
We will definitely be back for the great food, but especially because of TJ and Erica AWESOMENESS/Great menu, professional staff, consistently high-quality food prep. Thank you for surpassing our expectations of hospitality. We will definitely be back for the delicious food!!!
We always love PF Chang’s! They are very consistent. Service is usually good, and they’re portions are huge. I tried the butter lobster dumplings, they were almost perfect, except for a little fishy aftertaste… which made them kinda bad. I’ll just skip those next time. Everything else was wonderful
