Taco Bell - Aurora

Line was long and I'm pretty sure the guy working the drive thru window was new, but he did a good job, food came out pretty quick and was accurate.

Extremely lazy employees. Pulled into the drive through at 9:40 with 2 cars in front of us by the time we got up to put in our order it was 9:52. The guy then just said were closed (8 mins before their posted time), of course I asked why and I get attitude back with an answer of um we ran out of stuff so were closing now . There were 2 more cars that pulled behind us so then we had to wait for the two in front of us get their orders before we could leave. Tried to get information for a district manager at the window but they turned off the lights and refused to even come talk to us. Sounds more like they just didn 't want to work anymore so they closed early.

So so so bad.. This was formally my favorite Taco Bell. I waited for 45 mins which was like whatever. First they hand me the wrong bag of food which I politely handed back, proceeded to wait for 10 more mins for my food where he repeated my order back to me with confidence and I was so over it and tired after working 11 hours and being pregnant that I checked for the quesadilla I ordered and went home.. I am vegetarian and I have no idea wtf was in this bag of food. I ordered cheese quesadillas and a bean and cheese burrito with cinnamon twists. No idea what I got, wasn 't edible for me. I called to place a complaint, which I NEVER do, and she said I would have to come back WITH THE FOOD, and the receipt if I wanted a refund.. they close in 7 mins. So you want your food tomorrow night? After my 12 hour work shift?? Mind you I rounded my payment up to $20 for whatever charity they support.. I will never ever be back. Also I 've been here before or other Taco Bell 's recently that close before the time posted on google.. or at random af times like 9:37.. I don 't get it, since the pandemic it 's been like this getting worse and worse. I am so angry idk what I expected, I feel dumb for writing this and also dumb for being upset. But also I hate to expect this these days from a fast food restaurant.

Pulled into the drive thru, there was a car in front of me ordering, and another at the window picking up food. I pulled up to the order speaker, only to be told that they are closed.. Never going back to this location. Every time I go at or right past 8:30 pm, I never get any service in the drive thru. This is the third and final time. **** you Taco Bell.

It was 7:50 clock when we went up to the window and turned everything off. there was a line behind us. their closing time was 8 o'clock. not professional. they should have told us at least through intercom that they no longer eat or serve, but write a recording. again, unprofessional.
