eating was good, but the fact that the restaurant was almost empty, and we had to wait and finally go on looking for a server to get our order was disappointing. Once we have a server, he was polite and has done a reasonable job. View all feedback.

they canceled my priority sitting 10 minutes before our time. the manager was not hostile for any reason. he wanted me to prove that I had made the headquarters. So I opened the app and it showed that it was canceled from the restaurant 10 minutes before our time slot. I've rebooked so I could get my points. the whole interaction was five minutes, I was never inkind, he was only very hostile. as if he was angry or so... View all feedback.

The whole interaction was five minutes, I was never unkind, he was just very hostile. Like he was angry or something. Very weird and pointless. I doubt I’ll go back. (Our waiter was nice though.
Our waitress was outstanding. Although we can't recall her name, she had blonde hair styled in a ponytail and worked in the bar on Friday, March 11, 2022. Her attentive service and warm demeanor made our anniversary dinner absolutely perfect.
The food was disappointing and overpriced. It lacked flavor and enjoyment. I truly don't think I'll ever dine at a Red Lobster again.
The food was enjoyable, but it was disappointing that the restaurant was nearly empty, and we had to wait a long time before finally having to search for a server to place our order. Once we did find a server, he was polite and did a decent job.
My eating was terrible and the service was also terrible.
