don't waste your time! bad service. only one person who prepares eating. order online for pickup and arrive on time. 30 minutes after the order was finished, we asked for the status, and they didn't even have it in the preparation room. the order canceled and requested a refund, but the person who works clearly had no idea how to do a full refund as if we were on the road we realized the refund we were spent is $4.50... I ordered from this place at 12:00 o'clock on 12/08/22 and it was a rollercoaster of emotions. when I was there with some staff, 8 people were waiting for her and a guy told me he had waited for 3 sandwiches over an hour. the memory canceled online order and would?t phone order, so we had to order in person. To be honest, it was a chaotic situation and most guests were very unhappy and several went after the request for reimbursement. my employees and I stick it out and watched how each member of the team left the front and went about 10 minutes back. at this place was not a single sandwich made in over 20 minutes and there were close to 20 people waiting for her to eat. But when they came forward, it was a completely different mentality from the team. who was in the cash register and in the setup was incredible. I don't know their names, but they started to commission the ship and got everyone to move and communicate. they started to knock out orders quickly and when I got my order, every sandwich was made right and it was delicious. I understand that mistakes happen and sometimes everything falls apart, but the team has actually created it today and made a huge comeback with the help of who was always on register/set-up.

I don't want to go back.

Absolutely delicious bbq brisket and cheddar sandwich. I went in and said to the young man I wanted the greatest they had, and he clarified my underpants with Brisket. Well done, sir. It was really good. And I could have it for two meals! The sandwich never disappoints.
Was the firehouse we used to go to but they can't retain workers and if your someone coming in to wait in line it's a waste of time because online orders will have you waiting long than you should ever have to at a fast food restaurant. They really need to get rid of online orders just so idiots can pay extra money to cut in line
