The staff was excellent, promptly refilling drinks and serving food straight from the grill. They were also very friendly.

This location is truly disappointing. Every time I come here, it feels like nothing has improved. I experienced the same issues during my visit in May, but I decided to stop by today because they sent me a coupon, and I hadn't eaten all day. Unfortunately, the food is not fresh, and the tables, plates, and glassware always appear dirty. Today, I even noticed fingerprints on my plate, which was incredibly off-putting. I ended up going down the street to Taco Bell, where the food was fresher. The management really needs to address these issues; it’s simply unacceptable. I ordered nachos, and the cheese was hard, and everything looked unappetizing. From the moment it was placed on my table, it didn’t even look edible. The presentation of the food is quite poor, and the fingerprints on my plate only added to the unpleasant experience. Overall, it’s just not appealing at all.

I ordered online and they automatically added a $5.95 tip without asking me. After that, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes past my scheduled curbside pickup time. I noticed several drivers from DoorDash and Grubhub going inside to pick up their orders, so I decided to do the same. My food was sitting in a bag, ready to go, but I couldn't tell how long it had been there. By the time I got home, it was cold, and I live less than a mile from the restaurant. With so many other options available in the area, I won’t be returning here due to the mandatory tip, long wait times, and cold food.
