I really enjoy Boston Market! Yes, the food does taste a bit like cafeteria fare, but you can always go home and add your own seasoning to make it better. The prices are somewhat high, but the food is good overall, and the customer service was friendly. I was able to get in and out without any waiting. I’m giving it 4 stars because my bread was as hard as a rock. View all feedback.
What Graciela Bruen doesn't like about Boston Market:
After trying to call the restaurant multiple times for about 15 minutes without any response, I decided to visit the restaurant in person, especially since my credit card had already been charged. To my dismay, upon arrival, I found the location closed with a sign in the window that read, "Due to personal reasons, Boston Market is closed as of 3 PM." This is completely unacceptable! First I would like to say that I really love the Boston market, but secondly I must say that I went last week and I was extremely disappointed that eating there was sitting, because I don't know how long the facility was different than before, so I don't know. it was backwards since the time I had gone before, but we went in and was the meat section earlier and then the sides. this time she went in and the first glass partition was the side shells the framed spinat was almost empty, but it had sit there and what had remained rough and it saw that it had been there for a long time, all sides were empty in the ground, except for the diceed kartoffels it simply did not look like the whole middle section, the glass was full of paper pockets, where the I will go back there I hope only that the things in the past look different every time I left, it was a very pleasant experience that was the only time, and I was really shocked
They hardly ever have anything you want including chicken. Servings are small and cold when you get them. The customer service is horrible, no accountability or longing to want to correct their wrongs. A sale I had tasted rancid. Horrible place and horrible experiences on multiple times. Shame on me, but no more.
I was recently in the hospital and can't drive, which is why I ordered delivery. My roommate grab the order for me when it arrived, and they had forgotten the two drinks. I called the store, and the female who answered said she was the manager, asked if I could come pick them up. What was the point of delivery? I asked for a credit for the drinks and the credit for the tip I left for the driver. Was told no credit could be given for either, and she was rather rude about it as well. So basically SOL. On top of this, the rotisserie nuggets, and the food in general was dried out. Tiny little nuggets, and tiny little portions. I had to make some instant mashed potatoes at home just to fill up. Never ever again. I filled some form of online the next day for feedback. I never heard back from this either. Pretty pathetic all around.
Asked for mashed potatoes without gravy. Received them with gravy had to go back. At least they gave me a whole new bowl of potatoes and got to keep the wrong one, too. However, it was for a vegetarian!
So glad that they have chicken nuggets. They are the very very best. I worry about this location staying in business with a big McDonald's going right next door to them. Right now the folks building the McDonald's have blocked parking for Boston market. Hope folks remember it's there and keep it in business especially now that I have a new favorite place for my chicken nuggets ?
