Halibut House Fish Chips - Aurora

We called at 12:45pm to place an order for pick up at 6pm (its good Friday so we had to order earlish). The girl took my order over the phone and got my name and number.. I asked if we should pay over the phone or when we pick up she said when we pick up. We go to pick the order up and our order had been lost. We understand it's a busy day... no problem it's an hour late... cest le vie! We pay... $135 for 5 fish and chips (plus 15% tip)... we get the order home and 4 out of the 5 fishes aren't cooked and fries taste like they had been sitting out for hours. We call the restaurant... they ask us to bring the food back. We don't live in aurora and it's already 7:30... we are not coming back tonight will they offer a refund of sorts? No. A credit? No. Over all very negative experience. I dont complain often but this was just no good.

We ordered 5 ordered of Halibut and Chips. It was disgusting, the fish was not cooked and the fries were old and stale. Not to mention we preordered and had to wait an extra hour. I ordered food and got the wrong dessert I was looking forward to something and didn’t get it then they forgot my tartar sauce with my fish it was plain I couldn’t even eat it I’m very disappointed very! Chinese and Indians are the most cheapest people on the face of earth. Ordered 30 worth of food and only got 3 tartar sause and 3 ketchups I asked for few extras they wanted to charge me for it. If u dine in they will bring u a whole bottle of ketchup and tartar sause makes no sense. I'm not supporting these mfs again I hope no one does due to being a cheap immigrants I've never seen a white people black Hispanic or any other race asking to pay extra for sause this is a scam.
