Good Sushi - Aurora

Great thick pieces of sushi, nice staff , fast wifi … would come again

I love this place they make one of the best sushi I taste it, but it's extremely bitter and annoying, when you supposed to order sushi and you know the place is open, but it's actually closed without any note on the door and what even worse- absolutely no message on the phone. this is very bad customer service and disrespectful to your followers!

I ordered the Sashimi platter for $27.00. No rice, no salad, no miso! And the fish was so tasteless. I am sorry but I would not recommend this place.

Visiting friends in Aurora, they have decided to order sushi for dinner from Good Sushi. It is the newest sushi restaurant in the Aurora neighbourhood. We ordered the Large Sushi Boat, along with a small sushi platter. Pay in cash for a 10% discount when you spend over $30 before tax for dine in and takeout)It came to around $20 per person and there were 8 of us $160) which was pretty decent. I guess it is on the pricey side when it is regular price but quality of sashimi and sushi were fresh, very tasty, and presentation was on point. I absolutely loved the sushi boat presentation, we don't get that a lot from other sushi restaurants. I hope to try it again, perhaps dine-in next time I'm up in Aurora Cherrie T.IG: @hungrysheepie

A true gem in aurora. 6 stars.Having just visited again tonight I felt obligated to leave a strong recommendation right away. IMO this is the best of it's kind in aurora amazing service, great food, generous portions and super clean. We arrived late in the evening close to 7:45pm when they close at 9pm and never felt rushed at all. Our hostess was super kind and warm and made it special for my kids.Food was super fresh and I love how the kitchen is open concept as I was able to hear and see our food being prepared wok tossing in flames for our cooked dishes gave that extra cozy asian restaurant vibe. Sushi was more than well prepared and presented for the price point. Rolls were well rolled with only a thin rice layer and loaded inside.As we were leaving the chef even came up to thank us and see us off as well it simply can't get better than that. Hospitality at it's best!!Please support local and especially so for a gem like this place!
