Was here today for the second time since moving to Aurora. I absolutely love bar burrito. This location is just horrible. Got a steak bowl a couple months ago and it was super salty and wayyy over done. Came back to give it another shot and got a bowl with ground beef. I definitely give a 5-star to this store and the manager because of his extraordinary service. He is someone who’s willing to go the extra mile to help his customer. One evening I placed an online pickup order to this store location by mistake (turned out it is too far away from me), so I called right away to see if they could cancel the order. Unfortunately I was told the order has been prepared. Instead of doing nothing, the manager suggested to have my order delivered right to me. And he did, driving 10km just to bring the food to me. He only asked for a google review in return, but his kindness and professional attitude are beyond words. If you happen to read this comment, go show some love to this store. Cheers.
