Shame, food was good but their customer service is disappointing. Table service was fine but when it comes to receiving feedback. They are just plain rude (look at some of their google review responses). Their responses to feedback are personal and condescending. A very pleasant place with excellent dishes but I would like to put a dish: we chose the paleron and unfortunately the meat lacked tenderness and some pieces were simply immutable because too nervous. It's unforgivable for a restaurant in this range. The rest was a shame. Type of meal: Lunch

Slightly disappointed for five reasons service was a bit slow, we waited a good half an hour between entree and main. The staff was doing their best but still, for a Michelin star I expected more we took the chef menu and we were given cheese, but in the end it was counted as additional in the bill, communication from the staff could have been better the chef cooking skills are gorgeous, but quantities were not enough for us to be filled at the end wine pairings were not the bests, probably better to just order by the glass what you want restaurant decor could be better, a bit underwhelming. Overall a good restaurant but I would not go for the Chef confiance menu, just order the basic one and a glass of wine.
