You would never go there if not advised by locals. The deco does not do justice to the all home-made cuisine. Tartare are made the traditional way, nice little wines as well as more exclusive ones. There's a bit of a terrace outside for sunny days and a lot of experience, taste and good will in the kitchen. View all feedback.
What Isabelle Delahaye doesn't like about Au Chantilly:
Unpleasant welcome. No one's antipathic on the phone. It leaves a voice message not clear and allows to be unpleasant. So I'm not ready to come to this restaurant View all feedback.
Sadly closed. !
Stunningly tasty dishes : some of them are very good and some others even reach the sky. For example, the 'velouté de brie de Meaux aux noisettes is incredible : creamy, well balanced in terms of texture and flavour, and creatively elaborated. The flaming snails with chorizo (flamed whisky) are also surprising and delicious. The menu offers three 'chef's special dishes (starter, main course and dessert), that change from time to time, and wonderful desserts. The staff is made of the nicest people, who nicely offered to change a part of a dish for a customer. Everything is home-made and the place is clean. Prices aren't particularly low, buy not particularly high : the exact range of price you'd expect for such quality.
Unfortunately definitely closed! Really bad.
