Came here for the $10 coffee and bacon and egg roll deal, coffee was burnt and weak, and the bacon on my burger was rock hard (not the crispy kind) but almost like leather, like it had been sitting there for hours and hours before being put on my burger. This is undoubtedly one of the best breakfast spots in the Spring/Red Bank area. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the portion sizes are generous. The coffee is plentiful, and being pet-friendly is a significant bonus—especially since I enjoyed petting other people's dogs while I was there! View all feedback.

I never understood these characters LITERALLY not in the suburb and calling themselves Brookwater what else do they LIE about sub par service and professionalis...

Friendly service, breakfast menu is so cheap and delicious. Perfect coffee
