What User doesn't like about Kyoto Japanese Cusine:
Beware if you have allergies. Came in on 6/24/22 and explained that I have a shellfish allergy. I was eating and bit into a piece of shrimp. I panicked. I informed the manager and the waitress, although the waitress apologized the manager demanded I show her the shrimp. I was appalled. I did show them but received no concern or regard for the fact that I was having a reaction. Please be careful. View all feedback. What User likes about Kyoto Japanese Cusine:
We often stop and the food is always great. Most foods are about what you expect, but it is the consistency I like. I'm not very impressed with the sushi menu. It's not because it's bad, but just because some of my favorites aren't on it all the time. View all feedback.

read moreKyoto Kitchen, tucked away in a cozy strip mall, offers a delightful yet mixed dining experience. While the menu boasts a range of authentic Japanese dishes, some patrons have raised concerns about food safety, particularly regarding shellfish allergies, and inconsistent service during busy hours. The food varies from delectable sushi and generous combination plates to overly salty soups and underwhelming teriyaki. Despite these issues, many appreciate the attentive staff and cozy atmosphere, making this spot worth a visit for casual dining. Overall, a reliable choice for Japanese cuisine, but patrons should be mindful of allergies and service inconsistencies.
