Browns Bay Brewing Company - Auckland

We have been coming for years and the food has just gone downhill. The pate board is not what it used to be(one of our favourites), the fritters are dry etc.Used to love the live music and vibes on a Friday night. Love the staff. Whatever happened to all the good stuff, the mini burgers, wraps, awesome burgers etc. Do see they looking for staff. Won’t be back for a while though, hoping it returns to what it was.

This place used to be awesome! But now is a shadow of its former self. We used eat here every weekend and loved it . Great steaks, ribs and burgers, plus good beer and live bands. However, there appears to be no management in the bar now and the food and service has gone down hill. My wife had the burger but the bread roll was so over toasted it was dry and inedible. I had the pork belly which was ok but the mash was cold. No one came to check on us and after 25 minutes of being ignored by the waiting staff, we left. I used spend a small fortune in this bar and loved doing so, but no more, I’ll take my money elsewhere. I would have order another glass of wine and a desert but no one came, so we left. It’s a shame as it used to be so good.

We had our end party here yesterday. And it was fun and stress-free event. We never go wrong to choose this as our venue. The service is exceptional, even for a busy hours they still wear their smiles. The food is really good, big portions and imaginable. Shout to Jessica who helped us all the way. Very professional and accommodating. And for all the staff that was there yesterday! Great job boy. We'll be back here. Well recommended place for all events.
