What User doesn't like about Universal Burger Co. Auburn:
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I waited more than 30 minutes after placing my phone order 15 minutes prior, which means I spent a total of 45 minutes waiting. I tried to be patient, but the burgers turned out to be awful. I also ordered loaded fries and was charged an extra $2 for cheese, but there was barely any on the fries. Definitely management needs to work on their rostering of staff for busy periods in the day. They were struggling and under staffed.Food was acceptable. It's a nice place with potential if small details can be ironed out.I had a beef burger and fries.
The taste is not very good, the pictures look delicious. Buy a burger and add $6 to get a Coke, but the Coke in the freezer is only $3.5. Feel cheated! Don't come to eat!

Good, decent fast and quite good quality eating and price
Was a good meal on a weekday night. I had the Madrid burger combo with the chips and can of drink. Just a bit too much (okay way too much) salt in the chips for my liking.
