A friend recommended this place, and my wife and I really dug it! We ordered the soup dumplings (which are an explosion of taste), the beef noodle soup, and the stir fried beef with black bean sauce. It was all delicious and I'm eager to go back and try the pig bunny. View all feedback.
This is one of the most authentic Chinese restaurants I have ever been to the United States, and I say that as NYC originally from Beijing, who visited all major (and many smaller) Chinatowns, so it is really a great praise. The reason I say it is authentic because it is clear that the owners and employees are all from Beijing North China, as you can hear that they have the Beijing accent when you speak Chinese. We ordered dumplings, Bao, meat pancakes and hot pot and all were delicious, well proportioned, and spiced. All the time we eat, there was a table of ladies who made fresh dumplings in the back. Given its hidden location, non-descriptive decor and no-nonsense service, this place must rely on the food to make a name for itself, and I think it definitely lives up to its name. Cheap, it is not super cheap at about $12 per Entree, but the taste and reasonable portions make it.
For the first time I tried real handmade hot dumplings (Dim Sum), hot pot dishes and traditional Chinese cuisine. This is a must to stop and try everything. I ate so many different soup dumplings. So many that the ladies have taught me in the back how they roll dumplings. Great job!
This is a laying hole in the side wall. We ordered hot soup, Shanghai soup dumplings, garlic eggplant, pork pan roasted dumplings, hot soy milk and roasted crumb. I found my place for hot soup. My partner enjoyed their soup dumplings. Her garlic eggplant was really good, just a little sweeter than expected, but still very good! It is a relatively small place, so patient, great food takes time.

Another great Chinese restaurant on Buford Hwy for foodies. A small quaint place. Good service and a good menu selection. A good option of dumplings. Our family made several visit here and haven't been disappointed. As noted it is a small place and there will be times when the restaurant will be full.
