My customer service wasn?t great. We all make mistakes but when you work in a customer service based business attention to detail and customer satisfaction should be a priority. I was told to hold after I placed my order just to be asked again and asked a third time at the window. Young motivated employees, friendly with integrity. This is the example for other McDonald's. The night crew is always brilliant. This place sells fast food fresh and fast. In and out like a robbery. I make UberEATS and compare it with everywhere in Metro Atl. This place takes care of the business.
The staff is always pretty cool. They were friendly and they smiled most of the time. And their ice machine also works most of the time so that is a total bonus!
Great service. Food hot, appeared boiled to serve Idk. Drive line was long AF, BUT inside was emptiness AF, so I was in / out McDonald 's getting McDonald 's and Yes I love it
This is hands down the best location I?ve ever been to. The employees were nice, professional and fast! The food was hot and fresh. I was surprised by the efficiency and quality of service the staff provided. This isn?t the closest McDonald?s to me but I will drive the extra 10 minutes to give them my business in the future. Kudos to the hiring manager/trainer: y?all found some quality nighttime employees
This location is great!!! Once my husband stumbled across this location, it was over, no need to shop around looking for a McDonald's that provides quality service and most importantly, quality food. When I ask for my food to be made fresh, it is absolutely made fresh. Come on, fresh, hot fries, paired with a hot sandwich made to order!!! What's even better is that they are consistent. The day, shift, and hour are nonfactors when it comes to the quality of your food.
